මෙම ඖෂධ වර්ග දෙකේ ඖෂධවල කොවිඩ් 19 රෝගයට ඇති ප්රතිචාරය පිලිබඳ අදහසක් ලබා ගැනීම.
මේ සඳහා ඔබට ස්වෙච්ඡාවෙන් සහභාගී විය හැකිය. මීට සහභාගී නොවී සිටීමට හෝ ඕනෑම අවස්ථාවක මෙම අධ්යනයෙන් ඉවත්වීමට ඔබට හිමිකම් ඇත (මෙම අධ්යනයට සහභාගී නොවීමට හෝ ඉවත්වීමට ඔබ තීරණය කරන්නේ නම් එය ඕනෑම අවස්ථාවක සිදු කළ හැකිය).

Getting an idea about the response of the two drugs to Covid 19 disease.
Your participation in this study is voluntary. You are free not to participate at all or to withdraw from the study at any time despite consenting to take part earlier (If you decide not to participate or withdraw from the study you may do so at any time).
You will have to participate in a self-administered questionnaire. The expected duration of your participation would be 15-20 minutes.
No studies have been done for these two drugs yet, after this study you and later users may have a clear picture on whether to use or to refuse these drugs for Covid 19 (depending on the results).
There are no potential or actual risks, hazards and discomforts to the participants.
You would not be paid for participating in this study.
All records are guaranteed to be kept confidential. None of the personal information obtained in this study will be disclosed to external parties, in any way without your consent.

You should have been taking "Virus Samana Peththa" and/or Waharaka Una Paniya" during the course of the disease.
